    I think you should get it resized.

    When my FI proposed my ring almost fell off my finger it was so big! We went to walmart and got a ring spacer thing and it made it more snug but that got uncomfortable and was a temporary fix. so we decided to take it to get resized, FI got a plan when he bought the ring and it didnt cost a thing. My ring size is a 6 and before we got it resized the ring was a 6.5! After I got it back from being resized, it was still a little big  but it dont move as much or turn completely around like it did at first or even fall off my hand.

    Most qualified jewelers would be able to resize it down 1/2 size without a problem.  Make sure it is someone with experience as all of the side stones will need to be secured...
