It went really well. I loved the first daycare, but that was sort of dependant on loving the house too for that to work. The house fell short. No a/c and tiny bedrooms. I can't made a small house work with no closet space. You know?
So then I went to a daycare like a minute away from her school now and actually loved it even more than the first one, which shocked me. I'm on the waiting list to get her in their summer program (like #7) and then registration for the fall starts in April so I just need to be on it to make sure I get her registered the first day they open it up to people that don't already go there.
So I guess that's a lot of progress b/c now we have a definitive area of town to look for a house in. Before we had like 5 different suburbs we would consider.
I don't mind watching movies in the theater alone at all. That's how I saw Bridesmaids. In general, I have to either be really bored or really want to see a movie in the theater, otherwise, I wait to see it on DVD in the comfort of my own home instead.

I used to go to the movies alone all the time, usually during the weekday since I hate movie crowds. I haven't gone alone since being with H though. Mostly I prefer just watching at home. H and I get candy and make popcorn so it's like a movie theater experience without all the annoying people.
Some movies though I just have to see on the big screen. Like Thor, Fast Five, and The Hunger Games.
Sesh I think Hunger Games will actually get me to the theater too! T even said he thought the preview looked really good.
I wonder if they're going to do a reaping on that facebook Hunger Games thing that put us into districts. I mean they elected mayors and stuff. I'm a dork.
I've been to movies by myself, but only on weekday afternoons.
I also prefer to watch movies at home, because I get way too antsy during movies. If I'm at home, I can fold laundry or pin things while the movies on. ha.

Aw, MK that's great! I'm glad the search wasn't a brutal one. Sounds like you found your blessing in disguise getting let go. I'm so happy for you guys!
Morning! I'm not looking forward to today. I have to find coverage for a client by noon today otherwise they're out thousands of dollars. I'm doing what I can, but I can't pull it out of my ass. This shiit takes time.
I told H he can't see the HG movies until he reads the books, but I don't think he's heard enough about them for that to work. Oh well.
"Halloween may have loose women scantily clad... But Christmas has a pregnant virgin.
Exactly MK. He's reading the Pern books now and he loves the Eragon books. He'll basically read anything if there's a dragon in it. Or wizards. Or magic.
"Halloween may have loose women scantily clad... But Christmas has a pregnant virgin.
IT'S NOT WORTH READING IF IT DOESN'T HAVE DRAGONS.
My H is like that with movies. His pre-requisite for seeing something is that there must be a badass in it. Doesn't matter if the badass is male, female, or animal...something has to come in and kick everyone's ass at some point in the movie.
Bonus points if the ass-kicking goes down in a casino or during a heist.
I'm excited for tomorrow. I'm going to see The Vow with some girlfriends and then getting sushi. I'm sure it will be an awful movie, but it will make me cry (I'm sure) and it will be a fun girls night.
Cfas, that's crazy! And to think after college, I purged about 200 people off of my friends list.
WTF, Cfas. KILLING someone because they unfriended someone you like? That's messed up.
And I despised Kick-Ass. I can't remember if H liked it. Someone got it for him for Christmas, and I know he watched it. But I thought it was just really stupid.

Good to know. H has it on our Netflix queue, but I've resisted watching it because it looked stupid.
