I have been trying to be good and not eat out this week, go me! I got my milage reimbursement today, and my paycheck goes in tomorrow so I have no worries with $.

Re: To Chipotle or not to Chipotle... That is the question!
DO IT!
I will freely admit I'm hugely biased, though. I'm having Chipotle for lunch too.
Still here and still fabulous!
Plus, and I don't mean to offend, but I just don't get the appeal with Chipotle. It just seems like a lot of rice, lol. Maybe I just haven't had the right Chipotle experience, but I don't eat out, so I haven't tried it more than once or twice.
Desert- I agree, it is an amazing use of calories, I get a tiny bit of cheese and then a ton of all the veggie option but no guac (it cost extra) and I haven't been in a while, so I didn't even realize it was only like $6.50 after tax!!!
So glad you ladies talked me into it!
[QUOTE]I voted 'no' before I saw you were going to get it too, lol, but I'm struggling with being good so I just voted "no" because that's what I would have wanted people to tell me, lol. You can ask for less rice... But all the food is so fresh, and I love spicy food and Latin flavors so its pretty much the only "fast food" I eat.
I vote you try it again, because its awesome!
I'm going out for lunch today too, but that's mostly because I didn't have anything to bring today.

</div><div>Yeah... $1.80 extra. That's my biggest beef with Chipotle. Really? For $1.80, I can get two whole avocados at any grocery store.</div>

Exactly... and I have a pretty bomb recipe for Guac, so I just make it at home if we have Chipotle for dinner :)
And I have to have meat, lol I love their Barbacoa. I could never be a vegetarian!

I love guacomole too. For me, I'd much rather have the guacomole than the meat! But I've been a vegetarian before, can't eat pork, and don't care that much for their chicken. So if it's between steak and guacomole, I take guacomole. Besides, I like to get their veggie fajita burrito. It's the best of everything. I get beans, grilled veggies, and guacomole. Ooooooooooooh, heaven! Now I want chipotle for dinner instead of the butternut squash risotto I'm going to make...
There's one directly across from my office building too (Now I'm kinda wondering if you work around where I do LOL). The kicker, I've never been to a Chipotle EVER. I guess I'm going to have to break down and give it a try.

You got PM!
What I get works out to 460 cals, 65 g of carbs, 18 g of fat, and 14 g of protein. I try to eat the proportion of calories sparkpeople recommends, 50% carbs, 30% fat, 20% protein. So that's a tiny bit high in fat and carbs, but I can easily adjust what I eat the rest of the day so that it all evens out.
I refuse to ever feel guilty about Chipotle.
She thinks because I'm on WW that I can only have salad and chicken. So she got me fried chicken (can't eat it) and makes me salads with cucumber (don't like), tomatoes (don't like), cilantro (don't like), and avacado (don't like plain).

Free guac?! So I can choose to not get meat, but just guac for free? Sign me up! What meal do you usually get at chipotle, if you don't mind me asking, Desert? I'm not a huge fan of their meat offerings, and your calorie count is so low for restaurant food!
On a somewhat related note, has anyone ever tried Cafe Rio? It's a Chipotle competitor but they're only in select states (west coast, mostly). I <3 it even more than Chipotle. Their barbacoa enchilada-style burrito is to die for.

Yes, FREE guac when you get a veggie bowl or burrito!
I get a burrito bowl with light rice, black beans, fajita veggies, mild and medium salsa, guac, and lettuce.
It looks like they have a Cafe Rio in Phx, so hopefully maybe they'll put one in Tucson soon!
@jemmini - I'm highly jealous of your one beer. I bet after not drinking for 9 months, thats all it will take for me to get buzzed. And wait, for lunch?! That's even better.
