Sorry for posting all these questions, but this is a question I have always wondered. Do I have to have a maid of honor? Or can I have two? The reason I'm asking is because I am a triplet and have twin stepsisters, and I know I want them all to be part of my weddin, I know my stepsisters will be bridesmaids. But I wouldn't know which sister to pick to be a maid of honor, because both of my actual sisters are my best friends and I am close with both of them, and I wouldn't know how to choose one to be Maid of Honor, so I figured I could have two MOH or no MOH.
Re: Bridemaids
i just don't know who would stand closest to me! Or how to decide...a coin flip would be probably my only option.
[QUOTE]You guys could always work out a rotating system. If sister 1 stands closest to you at your wedding, you stand closest to sister 2 at her wedding, then sister 2 stands closest when sister 1 gets married.

This is what my best friend and her two sisters did and it worked really well because no one felt left out and it made it easier to make the decision.
Are you and your sisters identical or fraternal triplets? Just curious.
I haz a planning bio
I will throw in there that if you are getting married in a Catholic Church (and I only know this because I am) your MOH can sit or kneel near you on the alter while the BMs will sit off to the side or down in a pew. I'm sure you can have the two girls with you or decide to have no one near you. I just know that all of the weddings I've been to at Catholic churches, I've known exactly who the MOH is because of the location on the alter.
