Cereal

Re: Cereal

• In general, I like Honey Nut Cheerios and Frosted Mini Wheats, that kind of stuff...

But lately, I have been on this kick for Post Great Grains. It is life-changingly good. Ever since I discovered it a couple of months ago I haven't had anything else. There are different varieties, but the one I get has some kind of grain flakes, raisins, dates, and pecans. Yum!

• Can you buy this Dorset cereal at the normal grocery store, or would I have to venture to Whole Foods?
• I only eat the original Fiber One. 57% of my daily fiber in 1/2 cup. Sign me up! Gotta keep regular. ;)

[QUOTE]I used to eat cereal all the time but it was always the sugary stuff like Lucky Charms, Fruit Loops, etc. so I stopped. I would even eat Cocoa Puffs straight out of the box. Bad Julie. S/O of the cereal bar, there's this amazing dessert bar here called Momofuku Milk Bar and they do shakes and stuff make with cereal milk.

I still do this. ;-)

• We were allowed one snack break during the SATs and I ate dry cocoa puffs (actually, knock off Coco Roos) out of a plastic bag.
• I haven't had cereal forever, cause milk just does not like me anymore. I recently discovered almond milk, which is so yummy. I had it with special k with berries today, quite good!

I eat dry cereal out of a plastic bag for breakfast every morning! It works for me because I'm not hungry until like 3 hours after I wake up and by that time I'm already at work, and I'm lactose intolerant anyway so I just got used to eating dry cereal at college when the dining halls didn't have soy milk.

I like Kashi cinnamon harvest, and Honey Nut Cheerios. But I am not overly picky. I honestly don't see how anyone can just have a blanket dislike for cereal!

• I am a 4 year old when it comes to cereal. I like the kid ones. Lucky Charms, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Cocoa Puffs, Kix, etc.

I love a good bowl of cereal.

Oh yeah, I never eat cereal in the morning. I have no appetite for breakfast and if I eat in the morning it always makes me feel sick.
• I enjoy Cheerios with a banana sliced on top....when I feel like a super sugary cereal, Fruit Pebbles, Captain Crunch or Cinnamon Toast Crunch are my favorites!

I am super late to this, but the only cereal I can deal with is a new one in Australia. It's made with the new super grain they invented. It's the only cereal I've seen that is actually good for you. One serving of this, combined with a serving of Greek yogurt and a cup of strawberries...yum
