I see your point Mery - I just get tired of the witch hunting that sometimes goes on around here. It gets old. It's probably what started the whole callout thing to begin with.

I feel like I'd be better off not knowing who it was. I don't want to know if it was someone that I know and like talking to around TK. And if it's some wench I've never even heard of, then who cares?

But they're not going to. And I think a witch hunt after Future Mrs is pointless and a little bit of a personal attack, considering the only evidence is fairly circumstantial. And I'm not even saying this because I like Future Mrs because I've never really liked her that much.

As for the witch hunt, I think most people are just looking for a little closure, though I readily admit that's not likely to happen.

Ditto. IP tracking? A lot of people have IPs that show people as being located somewhere they aren't.

It could be her. There is a lot of evidence against her. But I think we should put the tar and feathers away until we know for sure, which we probably never will.

And frankly, I harbor much more ill will towards the people who sent in nasty callouts than whoever made the site. I'm sure there was some overlap, but there are some seriously vile people among us and no one is witch-hunting them.

As for closure - does that ever happen here? I don't say that to be mean, I just mean - logistically. Because not everyone is around when something happens and it gets talked to death, then a few days later it will get mentioned and someone who wasn't there is like WHAT?! And lather, rinse, repeat.

That's kinda why I get tired of it all, I guess. It's just endless. I do understand wanting to know who it is but I feel like even if we do find out, not everyone will find out at the same time, and this crap could be going on for several days (weeks).

And think - if it's not futuremrs, will the stigma ever go away for her? I remember a few months ago and my whole AE misunderstanding shitstorm - the reactions I was reading made me feel like I'd never be able to post here again. Although I'm so glad I stuck around, I really enjoy talking with all of you girls.

I agree with ya there. But without the site, they wouldn't have been able to make them, and we could have all lived in ignorant bliss, which was much more enjoyable. And I'm pretty sure if I had information about people who may have created some of those call outs, I'd be after them, even if they weren't about me.

Maybe I'm an equal opportunity witch hunter. Although, I don't feel like I'm witch hunting, but if there are that many people who think it's her, I think she should know that and have a chance to either defend herself or do something, ya know?

except the fact that the callout website creator likely created a few of those callouts herself - especially the first one - because who would have created it since they didn't even know it existed?

I totally agree with this. what annoyed me the most about the call out person was the whole "it's for your own good, to teach you biitches a lesson!" thing.

Me neither.

I didn't get many but there were about three, I think. Two were nice and one was kinda weird.

Either way I thought it was creepy, for the most part. If someone wants to say something nice to me, I don't think it's necessary to be all anonymous about it. And if someone really doesn't like me all that much they can either ignore me or just call me out here, on the boards. Whatever.
