Some of you may remember that my brother got an amazing new job at the end of June, and literally had to get on a plane the next day to head from Denver to Memphis for the new job. Since then, he's been long-distance from SIL and their two boys except for weekend trips; they've sold their house in Denver (closing in a couple of weeks); their offer on a new house in Memphis was just accepted this weekend; and SIL got a job offer last Wednesday, to start work this week!It's all been a LOT in a very short time, with two kiddos in the mix. Since SIL had to start work this week, but they don't have daycare lined up yet, she took the boys to Dallas to stay with her sister for the week--bro and SIL will pick them up over the weekend and bring them to Memphis. I can't even imagine how stressful it's been for all of them (even though it should be great in the long run, and they're lucky both to have landed jobs so quickly, and to have all the house stuff fall into place in a matter of weeks).On top of all of that, just heard from my bro that when he went to pick SIL up at the airport in Memphis last night, she'd had to have medical attention on the plane--she nearly passed out and felt like the plane was spinning out of control. A nurse on board was able to help her, and they had paramedics meet the plane. Doesn't seem like there was a diagnosis for what happened (my bro thinks maybe it was dehydration--and, I'm guessing, a massive dose of stress!).I'd appreciate any spare vibes you could send their way--first and foremost for SIL's health, but also that they make it through this crazy stressful time in one piece!
