    I was in this situation; however, I was a bridesmaid who didn't get along with another bridesmaid. We did not know each other prior to the wedding, but we just never clicked and both of us knew we did not interact well together.We sucked it up though, put on our friendly faces, and made the day all about our friend (the bride!!!)

    Kimberly....you poor baby! Ok, as a Mother-of-the-Bride to be, I say tell them when they get married, they don't have to invite the other one to stand up for them! NOW....GET OVER THEMSELVES!!! and allow you to have your "perfect day". Do not get in the middle, just tell them that if one of them wants to bow out ummmm.......shall we say gracefully, then that is fine with you.Enjoy your day Kimberly!

    This is your special day. If they are your true friends they would suck up their feelings for your big day. Refusing to stand together? Really? I wouldn't have either of them if they're acting like that. Having one great brides maid is just fine and will save you the ulcer. This day is about you and your husband-to-be. You should be doing nothing but enjoying it.

    maybe the BM is in a snit because she's afraid of this big change in her friend's life. on spa day, call her and ask if she's okay. you're going to be stuck waiting for your toes to dry anyway. =)

    in my first mariage, i had two of my best friends be my bridemaids. the trick was: it was no secret that they hated each other. but they were good friends and sucked it up for me. all my pics and ceremony went fine, they just waited until after the wedding day to go back to hating each other. if your girls cant get along, they arent thinking of you and your feelings so try to approach them on it
