  • I also suggest contacting the dress designer.  They probably don't want to be doing business with this store and might just send you a free dress to fix it.
  • Honestly I'd also contact the dress manufacturer so they know what's going on and hopefully stop all connections with that shop.^This.

  • I hope everything works out.  If not, are there any online retailers that sell it, like netbride or pearl's place?  Any other stores in a nearby state that you could order from over the phone?  I also wouldn't want to be giving this crooked shop any more of my business.
  • Ditto contacting the dress designer.  What the shop did is NOT reputable.I'd also make sure that you have the laws at an easy reach and I'd file a complaint with the BBB.  At this point do you have any desire to continue to do business with them?
