Wedding Woes

Sister inviting people without your approval

So I have this situation with my sister who decided upon her part that she was going to invite some people to the wedding. We have just given our caters our final numbers. But because she assumes the person is doing our hair and is her best friend, that it okay to invite these people, without even talking to me, the groom, or anybody. Also, she has a date to the wedding already so why is she bringing extra guests. I'm just wondering if  I have ever right to be pissed off at her.

  • be mad all you want -- what are you going to do about it?  she's spending your money by inviting these extra people.

  • Yes and you have the right to tell her to call and un-invite the guests she invited without permission.
  • Maybe my sister and I are just raw because she would tell me hell-to-the-no, and laugh in my face while she does it.

I take it you guys aren't like that.

Yes, you have the right to be pissed off. But if you refuse to say anything to her and she brings these people, you only have yourself to blame.
