  Yes and you have the right to tell her to call and un-invite the guests she invited without permission.

  Maybe my sister and I are just raw because she would tell me hell-to-the-no, and laugh in my face while she does it.

  Yes, you have the right to be pissed off. But if you refuse to say anything to her and she brings these people, you only have yourself to blame.
