I'm not sure why I'm having issues with not being able to get past my plateau (even 1 lb is a huge challenge) but I'm trying to clean up my diet more and I've started working with a trainer again to get back into resistance training. But I'm thinking I should just stay off the scale for awhile since it is just depressing
I think I'm just going to make some diet/exercise goals for the week and stick to them.Going to try and stay off the scale till next Friday. I have been one of those who weigh every day, and I'm thinking it would be healthier to try and just do weekly or so.Anyone have the same struggle with knowing how often to weigh?
