My man's attire MAYBE?

What do you think ladies? Old school Harlem or to cheesy?

I LOVE IT...but I do have a quick question for you...is FI tall or short?...the reason why I ask is because lines on short men make them look shorter in pics, I guess it's just the way the eye captures the vertical lines; if FI is short, maybe select a solid black tux with the same type of tie in this pic along with the hat & shoes...but other than that, I say ROCK IT!!...and no it's not cheesy at all because it goes with your whole wedding theme and your wedding day look as well...

then perhaps a solide black tux (like the guy w/the red tie in your i-board) would work better from him...just a suggestion of course when you go with FI to pick out his attire look at both looks to see which one looks best on him...but regardless of what you pick, y'all are going to be Black Hollywood Glam fo'sho!!!  ;)

This is a tough one. I agree with Alf's comment about the height. My ex tried this look and I laughed at him with the seriousness! I'd go for Richard P.'s look from your board. The black tux and bow tie with the white shirt. I think he could still rock the shoes and fedora. You've got some really great ideas. I'm looking forward to the final outcome!

keep the shoes and hat..maybe get plain black for the tux or more subtle pin stripes. my friend had pin stripes but they were really light, so not as striking and they looked great.

It doesn't really look like wedding attire to me (looks more like party attire, especially with the shoes) but, hey, who cares, right?  He should wear whatever he wants to wear.  I agree with the previous posters about the height thing (especially if your FH is more stocky in build).  If you still like stripes, maybe a pinstripe tuxedo (instead of a suit) to bring it up a notch and turn it a bit more towards the elegant side?
