Does anyone have experience with either the two birds or VS convertible dress for bridesmaids? I really like the idea of these because of their versatility, but I'm concerned that this type of dress might not look great on all body types. Thoughts?

Re: convertible BM dress
If you are crafty, it might be less expensive to make them yourself...here are instructions: http://rowena.typepad.com/rostitchery/infinity-dress.html
Also, Target has a version on their website right now..http://www.target.com/Mossimo-Black-Multi-Convertible-Purple/dp/B0032BVNKU/ref=sc_qi_detaillink
Which comes in black and red as well.
I am leaning towards using this dress because it is really versatile and each girl can wear it a different way. I've found this blog where the bride made the dresses for her girls and I think they all look nice in it. http://lisawelge.com/blog/category/personal/page/2/
Oh! Also, Dessy makes a dress like this and there are pictures of more ways to wear the dress.
