Things that annoy you today

So a facebook friend of mine posted a status this morning saying "$280 electric bill, $80 water bill, $150 car insurance... I'm broke. And I still haven't even paid my car payment or rent"

WHY do people post this? Regardless of your situation, is it really necessary to share this with the facebook world?

I should also note that the post directly below her status is a mobile upload of all the new shoes she just bought, and ridiculous poses in front of her mirror taking a photo of all the new clothes she just bought.

That annoyed me today. I had to share.

    The sub place I went for lunch having a huge line-up, them rushing me to the register before my sub was actually done, and as a result, only getting lettuce on my sandwich.

    Minor, but annoying nonetheless.

    That is super annoying.  I knew someone who did that, she was always whining about how broke she was and she needed new clothes/shoes/food for her two kids, but she'd always invite me over to see the oodles of shite she ordered on Amazon.  In the two or so years of our friendship, she must have refinished her bedroom...seven times with new sheets, pillows comforters, feather beds, curtains, rugs...it just went on.  Meanwhile her older daughter's shoes were way too tight and the poor thing walked funny until her grandmother found out.

    My current annoyance is married to our Best Man.  See my post for details.

    Well, half the city is not able to do dishes, wash laundry, or take a shower due to the potential for sewage flooding our basements.  That doesn't really annoy me.

    The fact that I forgot about this and mowed the lawn; that annoys me.  Now i'm all gross and can't take a proper shower.

    The fact that we received a wedding invitation from my FI old high school girlfriend but we are not invited to the ceremony. We are however invited to the reception and are encouraged to arrive when the ceremony begins because they will be broadcasting the ceremony on a big screen on the side of the building.

    Actually everything about this wedding annoys me - from the honeymoon registry with $2000 plane tickets to the "scrumptious details on the website" (I'm still not sure how a website can be scrumptious) to the cocktail hour that doesn't actually include cocktails but instead group dance lessons that "everyone is expected to participate in," as noted on the invitation...

    My body is annoying me today. I'm in a brain fog and my eye keeps twitching and and my fingers won't type right, which is a PITA when that's what you do all day long.

    And my dad is that way. He complains about money but he has the latest TV or car, phone, etc. He constantly buys new furniture or kitchen gadgets, grills, whatnot. Yeah, you have no money because you buy so much expensive sh!t!

    Some of my coworkers think that our processes should run differently than they do, so those people just go ahead, do their own thing, and then can't figure out why  I'm freaking out when I get random invoices and credit memos.  They also can't seem to explain how or what they did.  Yeah, that's a bit annoying.

    Also, vendors not calling me back.  I spent half an hour on the phone the other day with a vendor just to find out the lady I was talking to was a moron who had no clue what was going on.  She told me she'd have someone call me back yesterday but no call.  Now I'm calling them at least 3 times a day until I get a return call.  Want to waste my time?  That's cool.  I'll waste yours too.

    And betrothed, I'm disgusted with most of the comments that you have posted. I don't think I've ever read such judgmental comments in my life. I'm so lucky that the girls I speak to on theknot are nothing like you...I would've never come on here for ADVICE if I would've encountered a big a bitch as you. I genuinely feel awful for your children or your future children, and I think it would be irresponsible of YOU not to invest in their future therapy sessions starting now.     I am annoyed with my cousin who can't seem to get her crap together and be a good mom. Yet I am not allowed to comment on her parenting skills because I am not a mom and don't know what its like. You work 8hrs a day and go out with your new flavor of the month who you bring your daughter around. While your daughter is all day with the babysitter that happens to be our aunt who you can never pay on time. Grow the f up and be a mom!

    My annoying list
    -I got mustard on my shirt at lunch.

    -I have way to many things to do this weekend.  I would just like to relax, and that's not going to happen.

    -The weeds in my flower bed have out grown the flowers and I don't have time to deal with it.

    -I just finished re-structuring engine tests, and now they've changed every single date in the plan.

    Work. Work generally annoys me everyday- just the fact that I have to go. But I am glad to have a job- I do have to keep that in mind. I just hate going.

    I'm also annoyed that I agreed to host a BBQ at our house this weekend when I have a million things on my plate to get done for the wedding.... I don't know what I was thinking and what really annoys me is I only have myself to blame.

    I agree, let's see it. Sounds like the best wedding ever. I've never even heard of someone inviting someone to a reception but not the ceremony... and then broadcasting the ceremony on a big screen... haha.

    I am annoyed by the constant complaining of my co-workers today. Yes, we all do it sometimes but all freakin' day long on one of the busiest days of the month? My job is driving me completely crazy but if I complained as much as some of these people do I would have to slap myself.

    ha ha I'm a work but I'll work on that when I get home.  The only reason said invitation isn't in the trash is because we don't want to forget the date.  I mean seriously?  We cannot miss this event! lol

    While I'll agree that I also complain, I do feel like those co-workers that complain all.damn.day could get alot more work done if they put as much effort into their job as they do complaining. I've said that to several co-workers before.

    I'm annoyed<em> for</em> you.

    I just have a little annoyance; I'm having a pretty good day/week.  Bec and I went to lunch today, and it took FOREVER.  I am usually very sympathetic towards understaffed servers, but when the waiter walks past your strategically placed empty glass with a water pitcher for someone else 3 times . . . yeah, sympathy is waning.  Sorry.
