Oh I almost forgot. DH & I love Thai. Wanchai Ferry has great dihes (comes in a box and it's not spicy) and all you have to do is add your favorite meat. We love the cashew chicken and I add crushed red pepper flakes, bamboo shoots, baby corn, waterchestnuts and extra cashews. YUMMY!

How about Turkey Goulash (sp)?You need:1lb of ground turkey2 cans of diced tomatoes with onion, celery, and green peppers1/2 tsp of garlic, salt,& pepper1 Green or red Pepper chopped1-2 pieces of celery chopped1/2 onion chopped1/2 package of elbow noodles1 tablespoon of sugarBrown the turkey with the celery, pepper and onions added and boil the noodles at the same time. After the turkey is brown add the 2 cans of tomatoes and sugar & spices and bring to a boil. Once is boils turn it down to low and let simmer for 10 minutes. Combine the noodles and sprinkle parmesan cheese on top when it's on your plate.***Please excuse my spelling, I'm typing fast on my break at work.

It's quick, easy, and good! One of my favorite meals. I also like to add cheddar cheese to it once it is cooked and let it melt...umm... I should start a food blog!?!?!
