To fix the 'situation' what I can do is unsubscribe everyone from the batcave and then re invite people after its cleared out.That way no one can access it but the few people who are invited. What do you think...Do it or forget it.

I entered it right around the time Allie Carrie was having a problem with one of her vendors - wait it was someone elses vendor. Either way - it hasn't been used since because someone was leaking info. I would use it-

I think it'd be better to set it up somewhere else. I found Yahoo's format was really annoying and hard to follow. It was good for once-in-a-while info, but that's about it.

agreed the formatting of yahoo is terrible and hard to use...its what kept me from using it more often as well

Proboards looks like a good option. Maybe some of the MGs who were on the "secret" board over there can weigh in with their experiences. I've never personally used it, it just looks better from an outside perspective.

I know a lot of people use weebly for their bios and stuff. They also have a forum feature you can add to your website. I've never used it but the rest of the features on the site are pretty user friendly and at least it would be an independent website and you don't have to follow anyone else's rules.

I was always curious about it but was never a part of it. BridalTweet does have an interesting format. I think a lot of wedding vendors use that site and seem to like it. I don't know much more about that one. I have heard good things about the pro boards one (not wedding related).

I was a member of the BC when Allie had her issue. I was a very difficult format to understand and would love to have a new one to utilize. :0)

Haha. When I was running the njbrideguide, I could see where people were coming to the site from and several times it was from a proboards message board and in the URL was like "nj knottie mgs" or something similar. And it was right after there was talk of creating a board for MGs, and I had suggested proboards.
