Getting in Shape

I'm sick and in need of advice from ww ladies!

I feel terrible, cold and flu type sick. Do you try to keep to the points when you are vomiting? How do you keep track? I know this is kind of a gross and probably tmi, but I don't know if I should keep counting points even though I'm sick and how I should track them. Advice appreciated!

  • Don't track when you are that ill- if you are vomitting than you aren't eating much anyway and shouldn't be. Once you start feeling better and stop vomitting begin counting again. You should be sleeping, not worrying about points :-)

  • Drink lots and lots of fluids...as much as you can hold down. You do not want to become dehydrated or deplete your electrolytes. Hold off on counting points until you feel better.
  • If you are keeping food down for 20+ minutes you are absorbing the calories in the food. With that said...don't worry about points. SLEEEEEEP!
