Oh man, I have thought most of these too, and now will always hear them next time the songs come on. Thanks ladies. :)My sis and I used to think "More Than A Woman" by the Bee Gees was "Bald-Headed Woman." You just can't understand them when they get into that upper range.

MoneyPenny - My old bestie from High School used to think it was "take a piece of meat with you" too! I see you on the Boston boards, it would be funny if it was the same person (I'm sure it's not). Maybe that's a common one..That song Maria Maria back from the 90's. It says "She reminds me of a West Side Story" but my mom was convinced it was "She's the Mommy of a West Side story"

One of my friends swears the lyrics to the chorus of "Across the Universe" is "Triangle on a taaaaable." I think it's actually sanskrit or something.Msmery, it's "jai guru deva, om."

It took me a long time to realize that they lyrics to Purple Haze are "Excuse me while I kiss the sky" rather than "Excuse me while I kiss this guy."

Sunshine's post reminded me, there used to be a website called kissthisguy.com (or something similar) that was devoted to funny misheard lyrics, from that same lyric.My FI and I still sing 'wrapped up like a douche' even though we looked up the lyrics one night a long time ago.There's a pretty funny video on collegehumor.com that's an interpretation of Fall Out Boy's 'Sugar We're Going Down':http://www.collegehumor.com/video:1650561

I have a difficult time understanding the lyrics in just about any Metallica song, my versions are a lot more hilarious and I get a laugh out of FI -- thought sometimes I do get lucky and can guess the right lyric, other times I'm way off base.
