I just got my dress from them today. It is AMAZING. seriously. It fits me so well and it is soo well made. For three hundred dollars it is just as good as a dress I could have bought for two or three thousand dollars.
Hi ,
I am in Australia and have just received my brides maid dress from wedding dress bee and I am so happy with it . I will up load photos later . All the seams done properly and the lining is lovely and well made . I think the key is to get a made to measure dress . I did a massive amout of research including reading this forum and found that the made to measure sizing dresses were more " successful" then just of the shelf sizes . The colour is exactly what I wanted . The style is " sexy v neck with backless back dress for brides maid " the bow on the back is good and attaches with a safety pin. It's a bit saggy but I am in love . I wish it was me wearing it and not my sister .

Ladies, wish me luck--I'm ordering from Wedding Dress Bee in the next month or two! I'll update this thread with how it goes to help people make an informed decision. I'm not getting married till next January, so I'm allowing enough time revert to plan B for my dress if this experiment goes terribly--which is really a necessary risk management strategy for this kind of company.

Hi I can say I had an amazing experience with them. We had our wedding in less than 3 months and I bought my weddign gown as well as my 3 bridesmaids dresses. They contacted me with questions and there was about a day delay given teh time difference and everything. But very helpful, and one thing I loved is one of my sisters are very tall and very slender and needed length and my others needed some length also given their sizes, all the dresses came in perfect, fit perfect and only needed to be hemmed for the length. I dont believe i could have gotten better service from a warm bodie. They were great. I highly recommend them.
I am thinking about having my girls order their bridesmaid dresses from this site weddingdressbee.com as their dresses are so different than anything in the stores; with personality. I am so worried about color, quality and service but I really do like their dresses.. I am in need of some reassurance before I move forward with my girls placing the order. Can anyone offer some?
Did you find the designer to this dress? I am looking for it as well!

i love this dress as a maid of honor gown, do you guyz know who the designer is, if it isnt too expensive i might buy it straight from the esigner rather than from wddingbee
"Chinese Knock Off" is a term I see used all the time with respect to wedding dresses.
What people do not always seem to realize is that nearly EVERY dress is made in China, by the same machines, in the same (or identical) factories with the same (essentially)workforce....who are probably earning the same salary.
I'll make a comparison. Homebaked apple pie is delicious. Store bought, pre-frozen pie you heat up is less good. Making a pie with canned apples is less good than fresh apples. There are some people who want quick and easy, some who won't compromise even if it's a lot of work. Some who don't want to work OR compromise, so they go to the best bakery in town.
A bridal salon is like 'the best bakery in town,' you get high qualiy (but often those dresses are still made in China, just at a higher level of quality and exacting standards). You also pay more. Like that fancy bakery.
When you go directly to a farm and pick apples they are a certain price, because you are cutting out the middle man (grocery store). Then, when you make your own pie, it's cheaper than a bakery apple pie or a pre-made pie at a grocery store. That's a little more effort and not everyone feels up to that challenge. That's like making your own dress or hiring a dressmaker. Especially if you have some special requirement....in my case, I want a certain shade of blue dress, a certain kind of sleeve etc. So I can make it myself or hire a dressmaker. (Which is what I am doing)
And then, some people will buy a frozen pie, heat it up, and voila. Quick. Easy. That's similar to ordering a dress from these 'knock off' sites. They can be a gamble. But they are affordable and since most of us are only wearing our dress for 1 day, I think that is a totally reasonable choice.
Like I said - for the most part, the dresses in bridal salons are made THE SAME by the SAME people in CHINA. In other words - It's still the same apples, same flour, sugar, butter etc.
I have found a dress and wedding bee, that i know is the one. The price is great and its everything i wanted. I just dont know if i want to take the risk. I am only going to get married once. This is the dress i fell in love with.
I just found the website "weddingdressbee.net" and was wondering if its smart to buy off it. also if you could help me find the original dessinger of this dress that I just love!
Hi, I am now in thesame boat as you and like the same dress for my bridesmaids... did you end up order it or go with something else? n Response to Re: Wedding Dress Bee???: [QUOTE]I am thinking about having my girls order their bridesmaid dresses from this site weddingdressbee.com as their dresses are so different than anything in the stores; with personality. I found this dress in Wedding Bee and the bride and I fell in love with it but we are skeptical about ordering online and espescially from wedding bee after reading these comments. Does anyone recongize who the original designer of this dress is and where we could find it? Thanks for your help!
Hi, So like you I was very nervous about ordering my dresses from some random site, that is linked to a factory in China. But my bridesmaids are on a serious budget, so I took a risk. If you don't like the dresses you only get a 50% refund no matter what. (For me that would be losing $200, but I gambled with my own money. Basically if they were awful I was planning to lose half of the $400 I spent, and I would only have them pay me back if the dresses were good)
For me it really worked out. The dresses were made out of good material and they were all the same color. (No dye lot issues) I'll post a picture of me in one of the dresses, and hopefully later I can come back and post one of all of them in their dresses. I was very serious about the measurements, and made sure they followed the website's instructions exactly.
For bridesmaids dresses this was a good choice for me I think. I was really nervous about it though, and I don't think I would have been comfortable getting my wedding dress from there. Cause you never know how they look in person.
Here was the original picture, so you can compare, what I ordered vs. what I got.
Also timing wise I did all this 7 months before my wedding, to make sure we could go to a store if needed. Overall from the day I ordered it took 4 weeks (21 business days) for me to recieve them on my doorstep and I didn't pay for any expedited services.
