Are there things you do, or things other people do that you don't, that are weird/super specific?

My food must not touch. Ever. I will eat from like 3 plates if I have to.

My FI says I put our tupperware away really weird. I have to match up a top and a bottom and they have to go in the cabinet according to size.

For the record- I think that is completely normal.

I love wearing sandals/flipflops in the summer or even going barefoot, but when I crawl into bed with no socks on, suddenly my feet feel "naked" (for lack of a better term) and I need to put socks on. Probably hints at a deeper issue ;)

Like Marrin, I HAVE to sleep with socks on. If I'm wearing pants, I also must tuck those pants into those socks. I can't stand them riding up while I sleep

at my bachelorette party the girls were sharing their favorite "jenna" story/quirk and someone mentioned I always swipe my hand across my stomach when I'm talking. As soon as they said that, every single other girl was like "Oh my god she does do that!" the more I thought about it I totally do- it's like a swipe from one side of my rib cage to the other.

Lol I am sure yours isn't as extreme... but this reminded me of the TLC show "My Strange Addiction" in the episode where a girl was obsessed with sniffing a baby doll head. haha.

My FI laughs at me because I look at the dorito chip before I eat to see which side has the cheese on it. I didn't even realize I do it until he pointed it out. LOL

Musu- I hate socks too!

I eat my food in groups. Like I'll eat my veggies first, meat second, carb third. I also feel like if I do something with one side of my body, I have to do it with the other. Like if I tap my right foot 3 times, I have to tap my left.

When I put food away in our fridge or pantry, all of the labels have to be facing towards me.

I microwave my ice cream for 12 seconds before I will eat it.

A good friend of mine sleeps with socks on, too. Fuckin weird, lol.

I said this in the morning thread yesterday but I am always touching my body. I think I'm obsessed with how my skin feels or feeling how I perceive my body to be changing after I do exercises. It's... weird.

When I watch TV, the volume has to be set at an interval of 5. Like 15 or 20.

I think when you hear your favorite song on the radio it sounds much better than when you hear it on your ipod or something.

No matter what, I always perform my "bedtime" routine. Wash the face, apply the creams, brush the teeth, in go the retainers. Before lasik, out came the contacts. I did all this every night no matter how tired or drunk I was. In fact there are mornings I wake up, like after a night of drinking, and I have no recollection of doing it. But I always do.

I am obsessed with sniffing things. I always have to smell my food before I eat it. I smell beer. Oh, and when I open a bottle of beer, I always blow the cold fog out of the top.

I hate doughnuts.

I think I'm addicted to chapstick.

I like my blinkers to blink no more than 4 times.

I don't brush my hair.

I eat my gum. After it loses its flavor, I chew off little pieces and swallow it rather than spitting it out. (Sometimes I do spit it out, but usually not.)

I think most things I do are weird.

I wear socks inside out because I hate that line across my toes.

I don't eat the ends of french fries. They go back on my plate or in the bag.

I hate odd numbers. I can't end on an odd number, not even the TV volume.

Labels must be facing out or it will bother me all day.

I get mentally/emotionally attached to my book characters, so much so that I forget they aren't real. I wish there was a way to explain it so people understood, because it's a lonely way of life.

I have to get to the movie theater at least 20 minutes before it starts. Otherwise, I get anxious. This drives H crazy.

I take forever to eat because each bite has to be the perfect bite. And I virtually never clean my plate because a little bit of each thing needs to be left on it.

I am psycho when it comes to Aquaphor. I start panicking when I realize I don't have one on me.

I always need to sleep with some sort of blanket over me.

My brother nicely pointed out not too long ago that I have a lot of my mom's habits/tics. I should have known it was inevitable.

Vaseline grosses me out. Even the sight of it makes my skin crawl.

I don't eat cheese. No mac-n-cheese. No cheeseburger. No cheese on my taco. I just don't like it. I only tolerate it on pizza but it must have lots of toppings and minimal cheese.

Ha....not quite as extreme, but yes, definitely weird.

I've accepted it though and most people have just become ok with it. It's not like I can't live without it. But when I'm at home and snuggling on the coach, I just like to have it in my hand.

Wow. I'm feeling pretty boring now.

Most of my weird stuff is food related... Can't stand anything white & creamy (ranch dressing, sour cream...) and Jell-O is Satan's dessert. Otherwise, I think the only other weird things are that I have to pull my hair back when I'm driving and I can't stand wearing sunglasses but I have several pair in my truck because I use them basically as a head band to keep whispies out of my face when I'm driving.
