Looks like my "no food diet" might work!

LOL...I'm just joking, I am eating, but much less. I haven't worked out at all (I know, I'm bad), but I find it much easier to eat less and not work out, then work out...which is crazy because I love food so much.

Anyway anyone want to do a little motivational update on your wedding fitness goals???

  • Weight when engaged: 138-140
    Weight now: 128.6!!!
    Goal wedding weight: 111 (not happening...I'd take 120 happily)
    Exercise goals for the week: any exercise this week would meet my goal!

    Weight now:  134
    Goal wedding weight:  130
    Exercise goals for the week: Insanity four days and a run... so far I did Insanity yesterday and today. I'll definitely do tomorrow and plan on doing a run Friday morning. 

    My biggest issue is not eating the junk I normally eat. If for the next seven weeks I didn't eat burgers, fries, or soda, I think I'd lose those last four pounds without a problem!

    Totally me too! And it's so true because your body is probably so used to all of that stuff, that when you stop eating it, you'll lose weight easily.

    That's the same with me. That's why the way I'm eating (not eating) lately has really helped my ass eat itself.

    Exercise goals for the week:I take the stairs up to my office on the 10th floor every day, I just need to keep that going!
    I've been eating a lot less, skipping the snacks and eating smaller portions and nothing that doesn't have nutriitional value. Can't WAIT for the honeymoon-- I'll be eating like a pig!! LOL!

    I didn't realize how much difference 10 pounds can make.  It has been a great feeling to fit back into some old clothes!
