Hey ladies, how was your weekend? Anyone get any good workouts in? We took the dogs out, but didn't do anything major today, and I spent yesterday between relaxing on the couch and in bed because I wasn't feeling well at all.
Any big goals for the week?

My goal for March was to run 25 miles and I've run 21.5, so I've got to get in 3.5 this week, and then I am running a 5k next Sunday.
My goal for this week is to be more diligent with what I'm eating. I've been overeating a lot recently, and I need to pay closer attention to how I'm fueling my body.
