Yesterday:
D - Vietnamese noodles w/hot sauce
Today:
Workout - first 5 mile run with my run group starting at a whopping 530am! I did it and then came home and crashed for another hour or so before getting up, but feel good! Tonight we're all going to swing yoga, can't wait to see what it's about!
B - heading to Panera etc for a quick bite
