Morning!!!

Re: Morning!!!

• Ski, I am a moron. I never realized that you were getting married July 4. All this time I thought it was this weekend. Because apparently I can't read tickers.

Rachers, because nobody wanted to see Spiderman being emo in a piano bar. Just kidding. I don't know. I hate when they reboot the same franchise over and over again. They're probably also doing it because the darker Batman series did so well at the box office.

• Do it Rach, I got my hairs done yesterday, and on a whim, I called the salon/spa about lunch time yesterday to see if they had a slot prior to my hair for a facial. Score, they did, very relaxing. Highly recommend it.
• I'm planning on tie-dyeing those days. I've accumulated a bunch of stuff to dye, and it'll be a nice last couple of days with my deck. I'm going to miss that thing.

• Facials are amazing. And way more relaxing to me than a massage. Don't get me wrong, I love a massage, but I want one that basically works the shiiit out of my back and gets all the knots and tension out, which isn't relaxing. Facials are incredible and soo relaxing.

Now I want a facial. Hmmm, I think one is needed before H gets home. With a pedicure. Eff it, I should just get a full out spa day.

• Bay, you could never be a moron, silly girl.

Admar, I like the way you think. What are you going to tie-dye?
• Good morning!
I also don't get the continuous making of superhero movies.

I can't believe we're only 10 days away! Current forecast says 91 and sunny...hopefully we get cooler weather than that next Sat. I will melt during our ceremony.

I have a few pairs of yoga pants (that I was supposed to do before the wedding...oops), a couple of t-shirts from a festival, some baby bibs, and I can't remember what else. I'm pretty sure there's more. I need to do some more kid clothes, too. My goddaughter has grown out of all the stuff I made for her.

• Rachers, that's because the first Hulk sucked. They had to redeem themselves.
• The only hulk I've seen was the Edward Norton version. I didn't really like it, but then again, I don't like Edward Norton. Also, Liv Tyler was annoying

• Admar, I am impressed. Sounds fun. I bet your god daughter loves her clothes you make for her. Our elementary school where my kids went did a tie-dye day for the entire school each year. Lots of fun, and work!
• Morning all! I'm loading up on coffee, Dakota decided 3 am was a good time to play, I lost a lamp, a pillow, and porcelin doll. Starting to rethink getting her a friend now.

• Edward Norton was in the better Hulk.
• I think I need to see the better one, I think I saw the first one on a first date once and yeah it sucked.

Oh I had dinner with Poke last night, that was awesome!
Mari - fun! I'm jealous of both of y'all. I haven't had a GTG in a long time. And I was too drunk.
Posted by rachers1017
It was fun! I'm sure I talked her ear off! Since H and I got married I haven't hung out with my girlfriends so it was awesome to hang out and have dinner with someone not H! Haha no alcohol at the place we went to, the food was yummy though!

• Good morning!

We have cute baby bunnies at our house too. When H brews beer, he tosses the spent grain out in the yard behind our house and they come eat it. it's precious.

I'm meeting Aryn Sunday, y'all! So excited.
• Thanks Midge. That's why I think I'm so proud of myself. I normally sleep in as late as humanly possible, so when I actually get up at 4:45, it makes me feel like I'm accomplishing something huge.
Muni - tell me more about this beer brewery business. Do you use some sort of kit? I was thinking of getting that for H for his birthday.
Posted by rachers1017
He doesn't use a kit- he's all serious business. We have a kegerator so he can control the temperature of the fermentation and everything. He used to do extraction brewing, but is on to all-grain brewing now (which is even more serious brewing.) BUT if you FB me your budget, I bet I can get H to tell you what the best thing(s) to buy for that price range would be. I don't think it's stupid expensive to get what he'd need to do an extraction brew.
• I'm way too lazy to make my own beer, but I am more than willing to test out the homemade brews.

• Muni - Have you heard about the grain price increases? Or do y'all not use enough grain to feel it?

I wonder if I can take half a day next Tuesday as a mental health day?

Yeah, it has gone up. Between that and the hops shortage from a few years ago, it's definitely gotten more expensive. But it's still cheaper to brew than it is to buy good beer. I don't think he uses quite enough for it to really hurt but he feels it a bit.
