L- salad 2 pieces of garlic bread and some broccoli

D- not sure yet I may fry up some mushrooms and spinach for some veggie tacos
S- wine may be some fruit salad
E- more abs workout today, even though they are pretty sore. I was going to take a brisk walk over to the library, but it looks like rain any minute. So I may have to come up with some else instead.

Not sure, I work for a pretty big firm so I think some of it is bandwith issues. That is why I can't listen to pandora at work anymore.
S: big chocolate chip oatmeal muffin
L: salad with corn/black bean salsa, and hot chicken sausage/bell pepper/onion
S: pistachios
L-broccoli with cheese sauce + organic fruit snacks + brownie
S-Skinny Cow ice cream sandwich. I needed ice cream.
D-veggie bratwurst + red skin potatoes
S-muscle milk or protein bar after working out
E-2 mile run + weights (since I skipped lifting yesterday)
L - peanut butter and jelly sandwich
D - no clue
S - haven't had any.
E- eh. Maybe a 2 mile leisurely walk with BF later, which hardly counts.
I'm being really unhealthy and not eating much lately, because we really need to go grocery shopping. For now, I just scrounge up whatever I find. I'm also saving up for this weekend, since Saturday I'll be going out for my bday lunch, having pizza with friends on Sat night, and then going to dinner on Monday with BF for my actual bday. It'll be calorie and carb overload.
