  I am having kids at my wedding.  The majority of my guests are family and close friends who are coming from out-of-town, plus it is a holiday weekend, so I felt that excluding the kids was not an option.  I have an extra room at my venue, that I will set up with xbox, playstation, wii, and the like (yes, my older son is a spoiled gamer) for them to hang out.  The kids range in age from 2 - 17 (1 two year old - and he belongs to me, one three year old, and the others are preteens and teens), so responsiblity for the younger ones will be assigned to specific teen girl siblings/cousins. 
  
  I have spent so much time with these kids, plus they all know that I am a bit crazy, that I feel comfortable having them there!!!  I am also bringing in an outside caterer, so the cost is minimal.  I say having children at your wedding will defintiely depend on your budget, comfort level, and the ability of their parents to control them outside the home!!
