To Wear or Not to Wear the E-Ring at the Bachelorette Party?

I don't really understand why you'd want to take it off? What would your Fi say? Are you planning on using your bachelorette party as an excuse to cheat?

FI would be suspicious if I took mine off for the Bachelorette Party. He looked a little sideways when I took it off to go to the gym the first time but after I explained my hands swell and I'm worried the the weight bars will scratch it, he understood. Plus, I'm a hot mess at the gym, he has nothing to worry about. The B party though? No way would any reasoning not come off as trying to hide something.

I didn't wear my e-ring for the last week before the wedding, including B-party. I just had it polished and wanted to keep it shiny for the wedding pictures. There was certainly nothing sneaky about it.

Ok thank you for your thoughts. I felt a little judged, just because I asked the question didn't mean I was completely considering not wearing it, as I had the same thoughts in terms of wearing the ring. I am proud of it and of being engaged. The comittment to my relationship was not in question here, or the fact that I considered myself single for a night and that I'd cheat. Just a simple ettiquet question. If this is how people react to others needing a little advice then I won't be posting for help again. I just asked for thoughts about the question not my integrity.
