We got married April 2nd this year and here are some reviews of our vendors
St Francis of Assisi Church- The wedding planners were so helpful, everything went smoothly. Musicians were great and most of all, the church was BEAUTIFUL!!! Great place for a traditional New Orleans Catholic Wedding
The Riverview Room in JaX Brewery- Mary was AMAZING and so helpful! She helped out so much that day, setting up the tables, centerpieces, cake table, guest book table, and candy buffet exactly how I pictured it. Without her, I would have been a wreck that day, but I knew I could trust her and she really was amazing. The food was really good and the room was beautiful. So happy with the way it turned out.
Robert Faust Photography- AMAZING!!!!! Leslie and Robert were on time, stayed until we left and the pictures were awesome. They were so easy to stay in contact with, always answering my emails and questions so quickly. They truly captured every moment of that day. My album came in and I had tears in my eyes…PHENOMENAL!!!!
Haydels- Bride and Groom cakes were both amazing, looked great, and tasted great, Very happy!
Phat Hat Band- WOW!!!! Talk about a great motown band!!! They kept everyone on the dance floor and would definitely recommend them. Received many compliments on them!
Flowers by Janice- Bouquets were beautiful and turned out better than I could have hoped! They were so helpful and really turned an idea into a reality and things turned out beautiful!
Yvonne Lafleur- Wedding dress- They were so helpful and made dress shopping fun, not stressful! Dress was beautiful and they have great prices!!
Facebooth Photobooth- Pictures were awesome! I received a CD with all of the pictures right after the wedding! Everyone loved it, had awesome props too!
Big Easy Limos- Limos were clean, they were on time, and the drivers were really nice.
Royal Carriage- Were on time. Picked us up after the wedding and took us for a ride around the French Quarter and then brought us back to our hotel. Driver was very nice!
Quarter House Hotel- The girls and I got ready here. We ended up taking pictures here before as well, Pictures were beautiful. I was in the two bedroom suite, so there was two living rooms, with little kitchens and two bathrooms, which was nice for the girls to get ready in. We also took some pictures on the balcony. The staff at the Hotel was very helpful and it is a beautiful hotel!
Muriels- Rehearsal Dinner- Dinner was awesome! The food was so good and our glasses were never empty. The staff was very attentive to our needs and the whole experience was very cool and the cocktail hour before in the séance lounges was definitely a unique experience!
Two Sisters Hair and Makeup- They came to the hotel and did the girls hair and makeup and they did an outstanding job! I can honestly say it was my favorite hair and makeup I have ever had done. It turned out better than I could have expected and would use them again for sure!!!!
Antigua- Stayed at the Sandals and it was amazing!!!! My husband and I cant wait to go back!!
Bride Film Videography- I can honestly say this was the only thing that I was truly unhappy with. It was so difficult to get in touch with them, I would email and it would take forever to get an answer back and then it would be a promise that I would get my video in the next couple of days, then weeks would go by and I wouldn’t even get an email or call saying that they were working on it. I eventually had to let my husband deal with it because it made me so upset. The raw footage was not very good, very shaky, out of focus in some parts. The feauterette was OK but not great. I was promised the week before my wedding that it would be amazing, and I would have everything very quickly. Well three months later I was fighting to get my video. Very very disappointed and if I could go back this would be the only thing I would have changed about my wedding!
All in all, my wedding was amazing and it flew by!!!! If you have questions about any of my vendors just let me know!!!!
