    Yep yep. They're here until tomorrow, then driving to North Carolina, then driving to New York, then driving back to Texas for a couple weeks before going overseas. And they have two little kids who are 4 and 3! (They adopted the 3 year old from an orphanage in Ethiopia, hence the reason they want to go back there and help the community)

    I'm guessing you're talking about me Cynthia and if you are, well you completely misunderstood what I wrote.  I said NO ONE was rude and that nothing anyone said even came close to being rude either on this thread or the other one on A&A. 
    And don't get me started on the 2 "weddings" thing.  Go through my post history you'll find out.  I will not say more. 

    Suggestion to you:  Get to know posters before posting anything.  Everyone here has some sort of message board personality so get to know it.  That way if someone says something to you, you will know how to interpret it better rather than assuming they are judging you and being mean.

    No one here is to ruin other people's happiness.  We are a supportive group of women who actually WANT you to have a beautiful day and would rather tell you to your face if you're doing something tacky, rude or disrespectful.  We're not going to sugar-coat it.  We are not your everyday friends so we'll tell you the truth., no lies, no hypocrisy, just the ugly truth of it. 

    Lots of the girls, on this board and others, have gotten a good-caliing to.  Guess what?  They are still around and never complained about people being oh-so-mean.  They took the advice.  I suggest you do the same.

    man. . elves are elves. . they all know each other. . it's like a chain gang. They're connected somehow. . krispy elves make rice krispers. . they get sugar from the sugar elve. .keebler elves get sugar from the sugar elve too. See. . all connected.

    What can I say. . we have no sweets in the house (finished the cheesecake for desert) and apparently I'm really hungry for cookies. Oh and that cookie dough thread totallllly didnt help matters.

    Every time I see a poster like OP, the first thing I think is "How the fvck do you function in society?"

    Is that just me? Because I honestly don't get it. Have you never had a job or left the house or had friends or anything? Do you stomp your feet when a friend disagrees with you? Do you hold your breath until you turn blue when your boss criticizes you? Because in my world, people disagree and criticize me all the time and I don't consider it a personal attack because we have different opinions.
