I am going to have to fire my month-of-coordinator and I don't know how to do it. If anyone can tell me what they did, I will really appreciate it. For instance, at what point did you decide they haven't fulfilled the contract? (I haven't heard from mine in weeks, and my wedding is now in 17 days - the contract was for 1 month, so she clearly isn't following it). Should I send something in writing - should it be via mail or will email be ok? Did you get any of your money back? If so, how - did you dispute credit card charges or did she send you a refund? And finally, did you post a review of the coordinator? I have heard several comments that negative reviews on my coordinator were removed - and I wonder if she threatened to sue.
Nothing like having the person who is supposed to remove the stress of the wedding actually being the one causing it!
