Sorry, I'm being a PW, but I am super excited about what arrived today!



It'll be a nice surpise for FI.  His sportbike is bright orange and hopefully he'll be able to race next season.

    Yeah, the only down side is it didn't come with a keepsake garter, but I was on the fence with getting a keepsake anyhow so it worked out.  I was hoping to be able to make my own but the only ribbon I found with the checkered pattern wasn't nearly as nice as the one on the garter so one less project for me! :)

    So...the guy who catches it, what do they ever DO with them? I mean, it's not like most guys would keep it and be all sentimental, right? I would even say, depending on who catches it and your relationship with them, you could ask for it back if :)

    KST~ i don't know what guys typically do with it, but my H had one that he caught (from his cousins thigh...ew), and put it on his rear view mirror for years. actually, i put it there...i don't know what he would've done with it otherwise. haha.

    It's a seller off Etsy who's changing from pre-made garters to custom garters.  I already asked about a keepsake garter and was quoted about $75.  Yes, you read correctly.  $75.  For a garter.  When I paid $20 for that one.  I might try to make a keepsake one if I'm up for it. :)
