Just got home from work. It was my last day working with this first year medical student. He wrote me the sweetest thank you note.

Now I'm eating goat curry and drinking wine.

Speaking of cousin weddings, my Mormon cousin is getting married this summer and I'm wondering if I'll get an invite. I can't attend the actual wedding, but perhaps he'll invite me to the reception. I'm the black sheep, so we'll see!

ETA: I would actually be thrown out of the ceremony, because I'm not Mormon.

Aryn, yeah. In order to enter a Mormon temple you have to have gone through some ceremony I forget the name of. Annointment maybe?

You have to be Mormon to be annointed, and I never made it that far. Mormon wedding ceremonies are WEIRD. Blood oaths, heavenly names, annointing with oil...weird.

<div>Well, it's my understanding that it's pronounced "RAH - LEE" whereas the town in England is pronounced "RAY - LEE". And I know a lot of people here pronounced it "RAY - LEE" and are usually corrected lol.</div>

Muni - NC is awesome! I was just there in February and fell in love. I was in Raleigh, Asheville and Charlotte. Still trying to talk H into moving there almost 3 months later.

Erin, I grew up in a predominately Mormon area so I've stood outside the Temple for more weddings than I can count.
