I'm on the shuttle headed home and it looks like it is going to storm any second. I don't think I'll make it home before the heavens open. I need to throw dinner in the oven when I get home and then take a quick shower. We're going out this evening and while I am looking forward to it I think I am going to be tired. Congrats on the flowers and H's job Jcb!

Haha nates, my mom was such a twat today too. She was in town with my sisters today, shopping, and never called me to go to lunch or anything. I'm not that butthurt about it since, if I go to lunch with her, I have to like... talk to her lol, but she is always up my ass about how I never make an effort to go home and see people. Yet when she is in town, she ignores me. In college I was at Target and ran into her while I was grocery shopping. She'd been in town all day long and never called or anything. That was funny. "Um. Mom?" "Oh hi hahahahaha." FFS.

I wanted to set my phone on fire today. It was phone tag up the ass today.

TBH, I think I need to speak with someone in the mental health field and learn how to deal with my mom, becuase I know it's her OCD and other issues, but she's stressing me out so much. I really want to just EABOD right now, in anger.

I made this chicken recipe from Pinterest tonight and it was actually pretty damn good. I was entertained to find the recipe on Myfitnesspal as "Man Pleasing (Sexist) Chicken."

What does that chicken taste like? I am skeptical of the dijon-maple syrup mix. I made this brown sugar-garlic-chili powder and wrapped in bacon and it was the most vomitous thing I've ever had in my mouth (insert joke here).

I made skillet chili tonight and I made it way too spicy. Ouch mouth.

Guys, I am making a little scrapbook album for my cousin (the baby we call our nephew) and I'm dying over these cute pictures and little scrapbook elements. I want one now.
