Do I need to have a fish option?

Hi gals, I am having Lucilles BBQ cater my wedding!  My original plan was to have tri tip, chicken, and ham.  They no longer have the ham option, and now they have salmon as an option.  Do a lot of people really eat salmon at weddings?  If not salmon, I would get pulled pork as the 3rd choice.  Thoughts?

salmon is a good choice, its different. Not everybody eats pork, but i think the beef, chicken and fish are good choices. GL (And I looooove your catering choice! )

I would do the salmon.  I am not a beef or pork person, so I would go chicken if those were my choices, but I LOVE salmon, so I think that rounds it out pretty well!

Can't go wrong with fish, tri tip, and chicken.  I love your choice, just had their tri tip last night and it was DELICIOUS!!  Yum.
