So in my enthusiasm to buy all these great healthy foods, I have been buying lots of yummy organic produce. So impulsively I bought some fresh fennel. (I am pretty sure recently I read somewhere that it was good for me in someway, lol) It's been in my fridge for 5 days and I am looking for a recipe to use it. (I am clueless) I haven't found anything that doesn't include fattening ingredients. So I have been standing there looking at it thinking.... what was I thinking???
Atleast this is a healtheir impulse then the Buy 1 Get 1 Oreos or gallons of Ice cream I used to fall victim to.....
