That leads me to assume that that's the crime people were arrested for. As to how they get caught, in the case of Lawrence v. Texas, a jilted lover called in a false report about weapons. Police went into the home, found two men having sex and arrested them.

Because not all websites, blogs, etc are non biased and completely truthful? Its not beyond the realm of possibility (and its probably likely) that they would present the "facts": men arrested for sex in public, and make it appear as thought they were arrested for having gay sex only.

I know Lawrence v. Texas. I dont see how it proves recent arrests since it was the landmark SC case that made arresting people for consentual sodomy unconstitutional.

But whatever. Im still holding to the idea that you are just generalizing the south to prove the point.

Attempted sodomy as a crime is most often times when you try to force a woman to blow you. Basically rape of the mouth.

After posting that I also saw articles about attempts to pass laws in other states that are decidedly not in the south. So I admit a poor choice of words.

Attempting to pass laws is not arresting people for buttsex in the home.
