  I hope you get answers to your inquiry.  If you don't get many responses have you tried googling the traditions or speaking to older relatives to get a sense of what traditions are followed?

  maybe you should title the post "dominican traditions?".. maybe there are ppl who aren't dominican who have married dominican men/women?  i thought the knot had an article about cultural traditions somewhere on the knot, and they hit a lot of ethnic groups.   see if you can do a search for it.. otherwise.. google google google.  lol. good luck!

  ok found it.. in the home page.. on the left click on "wedding planning" or something.. it's under traditions i think.  anyway i found the article for latin traditions.. not sure if dominican is on there.. but here it is..
