I don't know if they have them here. I mean, I know there are midwives here, but I only have ever seen them working in gyne offices. But I've never really looked into it.

Oh, you said 10 months - we'll hopefully start TTC NEXT January - unless we get one helluva tax return or H gets a ginormous bonus

. Waiting is tough, but I know it's more responsible to pay off some charge card stuff before we start down the kid path.

10 months is just our timeline where it wouldn't be an "issue" with my mom if I got pregnant

I could see us possibly TTC in the spring or summer of 2012.

I feel ya. I don't know if we are that far out, but at least 2 yrs. It sucks bc I feel so old. We both want a few kids and I don't want them to be super close together, so all this on top of getting old makes me sad, too.

LVB, I tell myself every time we go out or go on a weekend trip, it'll be a lot harder to do that once we have kids.

I'm the same way Missy. I'll be 28 or 29 when we TTC and I don't want to have them back to back. I'll be an older mommy.

We just want to own a house before we have a kid. And we're in our current place until Spring 2012. So I guess that's our timeline. Really, I just want to have one before Mr. Arb turns 40.

Yup, I have come to that realization recently.

We would like to have a house first, but before that, we are trying to pay off our one and only cc and H lowest loan. Until we get those knocked out, I know we won't be TTC.

I feel the same way andy, it is just that I am afraid we would really be hurting if we TTC anytime soon. You might as well say I don't work bc I don't make jack and a good chunk of H salary goes to his flucking loans. Gosh, am I ever thankful I don't have any from undergrad or what I have done of grad school or we would be up a sh!t creek without a paddle.

Are you looking at other apartments, or at renting a condo/townhouse? The realtor we worked with to rent our condo does a lot of rentals, and was really great to work with.
