Hey Sarah, do you keep tabs of your exercises everyday? If you do, do you use the paper or the excel sheet?

Agree 100%!  I grew up in Keller and I hate going back that way! It use to take me 20 min to drive to the Target where I worked and it was 3.2 miles from my house.  Yeah not so much!!

Bellagrace you said you work in the Westlake/Southlake area.  I  work up there as well and I hit NO traffic in the mornings from Bedford.  It takes me 15-20 min to get home.  The "worst" part is the William D Tate exit and it isn't even that bad!!  We are right on 121 and 183 so we just hit the freeway and can get to a Mavs game in about 30-45 min depending on traffic.  If you are in Keller you have to hit a freeway first (1709 to 114, 377 to 820, or go all the way to 35W) and then hit more traffic on those freeways.  My sister and her BF meet us at AA Center one night from her place in Keller and it took them 1.5 hours and us only 35 min that night.  I'll take my drive!

[QUOTE]Natalie - I used to live there, sort of!! Technically it was in Fort Worth, but it was right off of business 287 and Main (I think its Main?  It turned into Saginaw if you went like 10-12 miles South) I liked it, but we are moving East because DH's family is in Garland and mine is WAY north in Texoma.    Otherwise, we would stay in Bedford.

Yes, I do keep track of it.  I just printed off the paper from the beachbody website and use those.  Keeping track has really helped me because I always try to beat what I did the last time I did that particular DVD.

I definitly thought about Coppell, but DH is not interested. We currently live in Las Colinas on the canal. I don't know much about the HEB area, so maybe I am just really naive. I just thought there was not a lot going on in that area. We won't to stick with a good school district. I just really don't like boring suburbs and I am just worried about that. It was comprise just to get me to move to las colinas. Ugh, so much more research to do.

It is the suburbs but there are a few bars in the area and again you are a short drive to prety much anywhere you want to go because the freeways are such easy access.  I love the school district.  We are in the Trinity area and they have an IB program that I'm hoping 1 of the kids will take part in.  There are a few schools I don't particularly like but the district is good and they are very good about keeping you informed.  We have a kindergartener so we are using the schools as we speak.

Have you considered actually living in Dallas?  The Lochwood area is nice--my family used to live there.  Bigger lots, nicer, older homes.  I would live there again in a heartbeat if the drive wouldn't kill us both.

Me too!  It takes a lot for me to stay interested in something!  But I like that I get to do something different every day.  And honestly, I needed a program that just told me what to do everyday.  I don't like having to take the time to figure out for myself what I need to be doing ha.  I don't have time for that!! :-p

And plus with this, I have already started to see results.  I like things that give me fast results because then it makes me want to keep doing it.  It sucks when you work hard and don't see anything happen!

I love living in Coppell! We're right off of 121 & 635 so it's easy to get to my mom's in Fort Worth, Dallas for our friends, and Rockwall for FI's family. But yea, our house is $195k, which is on the low end for this area. Right down the street the houses start at $400K!! It's a really nice area though. I'd be careful in HEB, there are some pretty sketchy neighborhoods there, but I guess it's like that everywhere.

Man, I went to lunch and then a two-hour training, and BAM! this post is jammin!

I already have a house, but I bought in Dallas because I work in Dallas and didn't want a long commute... and now they're moving our office to far north Plano.  I'm pretty bitter about this, and really hoping to find a new job before the move.  But, I still love my house, and my neighborhood, and wouldn't change it for anything... there are several houses in my neighborhood for sale, if you want to be my neighbor you can PM me  and I'll tell you about them :)

All you folks talking about how successful your workouts are are making me feel awful.  DH bought me WiiFit (I bought him the Wii for his Christmas present), and I used it once, to tell me my age, and haven't exercised on it one time.  I also have an entire room in our house devoted to being a workout room.  I probably should dust it.

Can someone please explain to me why anyone would think they have the right to be condescending to a total stranger on the phone?

I just had some lady call to confirm her party for Sunday and when I asked the name it was booked under and their final headcount (normal questions so I can take care of you) she RUDELY responded "we've already booked this."

Yes, ma'am I understand that which is why I asked "what is the final headcount you'd like to confirm?"

Then I find out she was equally as rude to my coordinator who helped her.
    ~DFWs Resident Snark~
I'm not so good with the advice... Can I interest you in a sarcastic comment?

I like the WiiFit too! :) but it's not "intense" enough to really give me what i want.

    Ummm....pullups? haha..that's something that i "presently struggle with". <img src="http://cdn.cl9.vanillaforums.com/downloaded/ver1.0/content/scripts/tinymce/plugins/emotions/images/smiley-laughing.gif" border="0" alt="Laughing" title="Laughing" />

I did two :) and then decided i'd probably get more results if i just used the tension bands until i can get some muscle mass. lmao

I used to be able to do pull ups hard core like...but that was back when i actually trained. I think my record was like 37. lol. Now my record is 2...that's so depressing. I didn't see the point in trying to pull myself up on a bar, when I could actually work out more effectivly using the bands :) for now. i'll stick with those. And in about two or three weeks, i'll switch to the bar again! :)
