I never get to start morning threads anymore

. I'll take advantage of my last morning on the east coast to do this, though I can't stay long cause I have to go to the airport.

Baltimore has been fun. I will have to come back for purely fun sometime. Found some good eats though.

I'm off work now til Monday. Woot! H should be home tonight. We might go up to Steamboat Springs for the weekend to see a friend of H and his wife.

Good Morning ladies! Snips I'm glad you got some Vitamin D in your life. The sun just makes everything better. Well except today when it's making everything effing hot. It supposed to be 101 today. Yikes.

Good morning! I need to get ready to go, but it's so comfy in my hotel bed. It is nice not having to think of anyone but myself for a day, use the whole bed, drink wine in bed, eat a cookie for breakfast.

Morning ladies, I am up and moving. Yay for sun Snippy. Nothing makes the whole world right like a beam of sunshine.

I am working from home this morning. The flower delivery (for the wedding) that was scheduled to arrive tomorrow is now arriving today! I am hoping that they arrive by 10:30 am like the fedex email says. That way I can get them hydrated and be off to work.

Ditto the safe travels Loopy, hand thinking of rain for all of the Colorado people. I spoke with my sister yesterday and they are only getting smoke when the wind blows in there direction. Scweeee, Same sister will be in the 1000 Islands starting tomorrow evening. Let the games begin.

Megs, yummy, I only like peanut butter in my icecream so I am thinking that combo would be delicious. *note to self, next time I am at Coldstone, try a scoop of chocolate with peauntbutter M&Ms.*

I am with you Stacks, I can take the hot weather in the south, but our muggy, humid NorthEast weather is the pits.

Snippy, I am getting married next Wednesday, not this Saturday. It truly is 6 days away. I leave tomorrow though so that is cool. Take the day off tomorrow, I highly recommend it!

Good morning ladies. Today, I am taking HUET class Helicopter Underwater Evacuation Training. They're gonna stick us in a helicopter, flip us upside down under water, and make us escape. 5 times. I'm so not excited. So, off I go. Hope everyone has a lovely day.

Stack, yes, we are going on a honeymoon. woot woot. We are taking the boat up the St Lawrence River to Kingston, Canada and staying several days in the marina, and then going and mooring at a few of the Canadian Island Parks. In total, between the wedding and the honeymoon, we will be living on the boat for 17 days.

Kinda, your project sounds fun, enjoy your rehearsal dinner. You are this weekend correct?

I'm glad you're feeling better Snippy!

I am exhauted tonight - last night 2 of FI's GM took us out for dinner for our birthdays & then for drinks - it was fun, we havent seen them in awhile since one went out to Vancouver Island to train for rowing & we are all super busy with work. FI's best man/best friend comes back from England the day after my birthday & FI is soo excited, its so cute. FI's best friend moved out to Vancouver Island to train with the Canadian national rowing team & right now he is in England for a Regatta & then right after that he is back in Ontario for a few weeks & FI is pumped. They literally talk on the phone for atleast half an hour (usually more) EVERYDAY, they have a bit of a bromance.

FI & I are going shopping tonight to pick out each other's birthday presents -FI's is tomorrow and I have no idea what I'm getting him lol.

Good Morning!

My hair was still wet when I woke up this morning, so I'm assuming that means that I didn't sleep long enough. Blah.

At least it's not going to be as hot as it was yesterday. Yesterday it was 101 degrees with a 111 heat index. The lights in our office kept flickering because the AC was kicking on so much. Today is only supposed to be 94/100, so much better.

Good morning!

Bay, I don't know...I guess May/June have been busy months to get engaged. Three sets of our friends have gotten engaged in the last 2 months!

I think I finally talked my MOH out of having a small ceremony and large reception (she was planning to invite like 100 to the ceremony and 300 to the reception). She's typically very good about making sure everyone is comfortable, etc. So I don't know why she thought that was a good idea.

I found out some ladies from work are throwing me a small celebration tomorrow during lunch so yay for cake!

Snippy, I'm glad you are feeling better today. I am really bad about getting SAD.

I cannot wait for the long weekend this weekend. Woot Woot! Monday off, which means I have a three day week as I leave for BC on friday for my sister's wedding. Yay! And I am gone for 10 days. I'm stupidly excited for this.

I really, REALLY want to visit Canada one of these days. H and I were thinking about going up there for our honeymoon, but one of my BM got married the week after us, so we chose to go to Charleston instead where the wedding was happening. We'll get up there at some point.
