Holy crap Any, I didn't know you were making these up. I thought you were actually getting them from a book. Although, i thought maybe you were editing them a bit for fun when I saw the phrase "man-baby", haha.

You breath heavily from the exertion, but continue towards the next bunker. It's not much farther. You gaze back towards the hopefully still dead corpse, but notice black shapes moving in the distance. There are at least 50 of them, to your best guess, and it motivates you to quicken your pace.

You stumble up towards the bunker. You knock, and shout hoarsely. Before you have the chance to knock twice, the door opens suddenly, and you are pulled inside.

You falter and slip to the ground from the force of the tug. You are confronted by an older man with greying hair and a crazy look in his eyes. He's smiling gleefully.

"Here they come!" he says, laughing maniacally. "It's killing time."

You stare as he struts outside carrying a table leg, just like yours, and somewhere he's managed to find a crowbar. The zombies have gained and approach the building.

The old man cackles and walks towards the horde. As they wander towards him, moaning all the while, he throws wild blows with his scavenged weapons.

YOUR OPTIONS:

1. Join insane Grandpa and kills ya some zombies.

2. Stay indoors and whimper.

3. Decide that you obviously aren't going to have any luck, and bolt for your own bunker while the old man has them distracted.

1. They'll probably kill gramps on his own and find me cowering in my bunker anyways. 2 is better that 1. Bring on the zombies!

You shrug your shoulders. What have you got to lose? You pick your club up from where it fell from your hands, and charge out to join this obviously mad old man.

With a nonsensical war cry, you throw yourself into the mass of limbs, tearing wildly and smashing everything that comes into contact with your mace. Blood sprays into the air, and it is only a short amount of time before you are drenched in it. Tissue hangs from your weapon, and you smile slowly to yourself. You think you understand the old man's enthusiasm now.

Laughing heartily now, you dash once again into the fray. More shumble into your bloodied view, and you barely take notice of the horrific sights of people that you could've known, once. Pieces of skull fly through the air, organs are pounded beneath your feet.

They continue to advance. What was once 50 has become 500. You know you won't be able to keep this up for long.

YOUR OPTIONS:

1. Attempt to break through back to safety, and leave the old man to his doom.

2. Continue to fight, with no hope and no mercy.

3. Make your way to Grandad and have him slaughter you quickly like cattle.

You feel your strength fading. With a last ditch effort, you attempt to make your way back to the bunker, but you've been surrounded. You frantically look for an opening, all the while flailing your weapons wildly.

The old man is still laughing as the zombies overwhelm him and pull him down. You see squirts of blood as they tear into his flesh. You feel a flash of pity, but are hardened with resolve to escape. Scrambling, you spurt forward with one last burst of energy.

You almost make it. Your fingers even graze the aluminium siding. But at the last second, a crawling zombie snags your ankle with its skin-bare fingers. You fall crashing to the ground, kicking wildly in an attempt to free yourself. One manages to land a bite on your leg, and you cry out in pain.

The scent of blood sends the mass of undead into a frenzy. They claw and climb over one another in an effort to get to you first. You scream in pain and terror as you feel teeth sink into your flesh and grind into your bone before tearing away.

You are devoured. As your mangled body lies there, you barely manage to register the slight pain of the zombie infection spreading through your body. You gasp your last breath, and the change is complete. The zombie horde disperses as you barely manage to hold your broken frame together in an effort to stand.

You join the population of the not-quite-dead. You wander with them as they head back towards the second bunker. The overwhelming force is not to be held back by the doors this time, and you listen to the man you left alone scream as you happily feast on his tender flesh.

It's hard out there for a zombie.
