I've been following this board for a few weeks now and figured I'd join in on the conversations. I have a long weight loss journey ahead, as I plan to lose a significant amount of weight, but I am trying to do it as healthy as possible. I don't just want to lose to look good in my dress, I want to make a lifestyle change and your posts have helped kickstart the process. I need to be accountable to and talk with others, I get discouraged easily. I'm looking forward to my time here on this board... happy weight loss to all
