Hi, I am in need of some help. I would like my brother to perform the wedding cermony but am coming up short on information to go about having this happen. If anyone has thoughts or suggestions I would really appreciate it. Since he lives in Florida and we are living in Iowa and the ceremony is in Iowa we are having trouble finding information.
