If you did not send STDs, is this a factor as to why you're sending your invites out sooner?: I can't imagine not doing STDs - they were so fun, and it helped get everyone so excited about our wedding! I have loved seeing it on refrigerators and memo boards when we have visited friends any family.

If we had not sent STDs though, I would at least send invites sooner to OOT and out of country guests.

Date invites go in the mail: May 7th! Can't wait.

RSVP date: June 14th, 2012.

Guests will receive the invite about a month before the RSVP date, which is a month before the wedding. Works perfectly for us.

We are having a destination wedding and 70% of guests will have to fly there (20% invited from overseas), so we wanted to give plenty of warning. We also have a ridiculously early RSVP date because our venue needs the final count 30 days before the wedding.
