Mornign all!

pirate, enjoy Wicked! It's one of our favourites (top 3 are Les Mis, Wicked and Avenue Q) and the soundtrack gets put on often.

Someone decided that he did NOT want to sleep last night. Omg, after a day with no naps for mama, that was haaaarrrrd. We ended up going too long between feeds this morning because I was passed the eff out with him on my chest on the couch downstairs. Oh well, we'll make up for it today. Also, somehow my boobs managed to get even bigger. Oy. My nursing bra is a 38 HH. This is redonk.

Now the city is on our lawn doing some loud construction stuff. Thankfully with the windows closed it falls nicely into the "white noise" category.

If it makes you feel any better, I think my doctor was too early on mine. We found out the sex but we also have to go back because they couldn't get good pictures of his profile or heart. It's a little nerve-racking because of all the heart problems in the family.

I had to go back and have my A/S done again because someone didn't want to let us get a frontal shot of his face. He had his hands up there the whole time. It took them an hour to get a shot of his nose and lips. Craziness.

Ugh, I have to use my old headphones since maintenance broke my good pair yesterday and they suck. These are the worst headphones ever. I wish work would just give me $10 to replace them, but NO.

I like Key Largo. I got bit by a barracuda there once. But I still like it. And I touched a Jesus statue and he burned me. At the time, I was convinced I got burned because I'm a non-believing heathen and it almost scared me into believing, but then someone said it probably had fire coral on it. I like my version better.

Morning ladies!

I will be honest I'm not creative enough for an AE. But, I'll be reading.

I had the weirdest dream. I was married to H (but it didnt look like him) and he had a little girl who took an explosive crap all over the bathroom and the closest thing I could find to was my wedding dress to clean it up. And I was in a hurry because AATB and someone else were picking me up for a work meeting in Vegas and I wasnt packed at all, all my clothes were dirty and I was digging through piles of dirty clothes to find outfits and it was right at the time we needed to leave the house...I dont remeber much else, just asking AATB if she would paint my nails when we got to Vegas. Weird!

H left me again, wont be home till Sunday so should be a lonely weekend. And it's supposed to be nice. Oh well at least my son and mom are making arrangements to come visit over Memorial day weekend. I'm exicted to see them!

Morning ladies! Slow day at work since most of the kids are on a trip. I am freaking out a bit because AF is late, and is usually a day early if anything. I took a HPT and it came up negative, so I am not sure what is going on because I haven't been late since I was a teenager. I did get bloodwork last weekend, but I will not hear any results for over another week....Grrr...this blows! I have been feeling a bit stressed lately, so I am not sure if that has anything to do with it.

On another note, our niece started taking and selling these diet pills. She keeps trying to get me to subscribe to her FB page dedicated to them and to buy some. Every hour she posts a status about it and it is making me want to delete her altogether. Damn I am cranky!

Good Morning!

I scrubbed our apartment top to bottom yesterday. Man does it feel good to be super productive. Of course within hours there are more dishes to be done, more laundry to be washed-does it ever end!

I am trying to get on the sub list where I student taught but the HR desk is being incredibly unresponsive. They already interviewed me and got a rec from my principal so I am wondering why it is taking so long and I'm worried I won't get a chance to sub the remainder of the school year.

I'm okay, brandi. Sore and trying not to eat much, but so far, so good. Every time I get a twinge of pain I panic since the doc said full-on throbbing will mean I need a root canal. He gave me a prescription for antibiotics just in case.

Morning all. Just got out of a super intense parent meeting. We let them know what we talked about in the staff meeting last night. For those of you that didn't raed the evening thread, we have decided to become a charter school with the public school as of 2013-14. This is an AMAZING opportunity for school, but we need to stay afloat next yaer. I think we're going to do everything possible, even if we have less students. There's a high likelihood we can pull this off.. and when it happens, it basically means I get more of a private school job but with the public school pay. Talk about the best of both worlds!

Nothing exciting going on here today. Headed to B&N to spend a gift card at lunch today and am still debating if I want to buy the next book in the 50 Shades trilogy.
