Muni, it sounds like we're destined to be wine friends.
I don't always drink wine, but when I do, I drink Moscato.
But really I don't care for most wines.
I love the Moscato at Olive Garden, I think it's the Primo Amore brand. I've yet to find it at Specs, but I've quit looking giving my present condition.
That'll be my #1 item when I start drinking again.

What do you mean? Your decor kind of needs to mesh with the venue, so going in with a preconceived notion of how you want to decorate is probably a bad idea.
Thanks, ladies. It's for 10 month old twins and a 3 year old, so it would probably be really busy and challenging, but even if I hate it, it's only temporary.
Poke, I suck at tweezing too. I should have gotten my eyebrows done before my engagement pics Monday, but I didn't... so I want to definitely get them done before this wedding tomorrow.

Jess, are there trader joes near you? If so, they have an eight dollar moscato d'asti that is magical. I don't know Olive garden wines because I'm a fucking Italian Food Snob, thanks to my Italian husband who feeds me.
10 month old twins and a 3 year old, in the same house, at the same time, sounds like my own personal hell Thank god for people that like that kind of stuff!
I chose my venue based on the overall look I wanted for the wedding. I didn't know the specifics of how I wanted it decorated, but I went with something that suited my tastes KWIM?
Same here, J. I don't remember exactly what lead up to this, but at some point yesterday my mom said "Jessica, not everyone hates kids as much as you do." Oops.
"Halloween may have loose women scantily clad... But Christmas has a pregnant virgin.
I'm really jealous of the cupcakes. I just ran out of strawberry cake yesterday, so I have no baked goods at home.
Girlie, are you talking about the ice cream push ups? If so, those things were the best. I typically don't like orange, but I would eat any flavor in those things. Flintstones brand was my favorite.

Evening. I just saw Push Pops at the gas station by my cabin yesterday. I almost got one just for nostalgia.
I just dropped my dog off at the groomer and now feel super guilty about leaving her there. She was looking at me like I was abandoning her. I hope they really don't take the 4 hours they said they would.

I have to remind myself of this on a daily basis. Except add in a "little." I like non-little kids. I just don't want them in my house. I prefer for them to belong to other people, in other houses.
Haha I love kids and it still sounds like a bit much.... but I figure I can handle it for 6 weeks. It's long hours, but the money is good, which will help make up for the fact that I haven't been working.
I chose my venue because it doesn't need a ton of decoration aside from the usual stuff like center pieces. I'm not creative enough to have a ton of DIY decoration. My friend did a ton of stuff and I'm excited to see it come together tomorrow..
My favorite cheap brand of Moscato is Beringer. To me, it tastes way better than Barefoot.
Muni - No Trader Joes, although I hear that one is being built somewhere nearbyish. I can usually find the Moscato d'Asti for about $10, which isn't too bad, considering I don't drink much anyway.
In terms of Italian food, there are few good italian restaurants near us, so OG has to do the trick. I hear that the Primo Amore is available at Spec's...if you can find it, you should try it. It's delicious, and at OG, it's affordable, so I'm sure that it's actually affordable when it's not at the restaurant.
Re: Venue - I picked our venue because it was pretty enough on it's own. We didn't go all out on decor, because I didn't want to spend our budget on that.

I wasn't going to have any decoration for my ceremony other than some lanterns. Mainly because I had no idea what I was doing. But my aunt suprised me by bringing in some decoration that looked great. I ended up not using the lanterns because I liked her stuff better.
I love kids. When they belong to other people. My weekend job is the best, because I get to spend an hour with kids who worship me and get lots of little kid hugs and then go home to my kid free house.
