Wonderw1fe passed away this weekend. We are all running the gamut of emotions and will likely be discussing her life Monday, Tuesday, and well, for the rest of our lives.
My deepest condolences to you who were her friends, and to her family. She was an amazing storyteller with a gift of writing. I am sure she was so much more to those who knew her in life. This is a very sad loss.
It's been a long time since I've been here. Someone let me know about WW and I had to come on and say how sorry I am. I used to love her stories and was on here from 2003 until the great banning. It's a horrible loss always, but with someone so young it's even harder. My sympathies to all of you on the loss of a good friend.
Thank you. I read about this on another board. I lurked here for years and couldn't figure out who it was (the name was not mentioned in that post). This is truly sad, and I am very sorry for your loss, and for the loss of her family.
My thoughts & prayers are not only with her family right now, but with you ladies as well. She was a bright light on this board and will forever be missed. May she rest in peace.
I've been away for a long time, but I saw the news on Bliz's FB. I am shocked. She was an amazing woman and will be dearly missed. My thoughts and prayers go out to her friends and family as well as the WW family.
Wow. Thanks for letting us know. I've never posted here, but I'm a longtime lurker. I could tell how much she meant to you all. She seemed like a wonderful, wonderful person. Prayers and condolences for her friends and family.

Kuus, I don't believe any of us knew that it was as bad as it was. :(
It's one of those things. Somewhere in the back of my mind, I knew it was possible. But in my heart, I really didn't believe this could happen. Not to her.
Thank you for posting, Nico. I know I'm still mostly in occasional poster status, but I feel like I've gotten to know all the WW regs over the past few months, and this news hurts like nothing has hurt in a long time. I actually started lurking many years ago and remember when she was Cinn and posted the day after her wedding about how great it was.
I'm in shock. I knew someone had posted that things were getting intense and she might not be on the board for a while, but it seemed like there was another post recently that held out some hope.
WonderW1fe was amazing and she will be missed by so many people, even this anonymous person on a little corner of the web. I will keep her entire family, especially WonderHusband, and those of you who were close to her IRL and on the web in my thoughts and prayers this week - and I'll find as much purple as I can to wear on Wednesday. big hugs to everyone...
It's a little sad and ironic that the day my company is sold and we finally get access to The Knot back is a day without WW.
She was the first poster that got me hooked onto this board. Her sense of humor, intelligence and wit kept me coming here for more... and in that time, I met some wonderful, lifelong friends.
The world truly lost one of the greats this weekend. We just need to keep her alive in sharing Shrimp Heist, Fertility Plate, etc.

Thank you for this message. My thoughts and prayers go out to all of you. Wonderwife, her stories, her quick wit, and her unique turn of phrase will be sorely missed by this longtime lurker.

I was thinking about making a run for the border today as well.

I hijacked a way to get her today from work so that I could "be" with all of you. She will be incredibly missed.
But she fought. And she'll be missed.

I just didn't expect it to be so fast. She just found out in like what, late May, early June? It hadn't even been six months.
