    For (mostly) reals. I just found out yesterday morning, and I think I'm about 4 weeks and 4 days. I've been bursting to tell someone though, so you guys are it. I'm high-risk because of my thyroid condition, so I'm going in to see my endocrinologist tomorrow and my first ob apointment is next Wednesday.

    Thanks, everyone. Obviously nothing on fb until we're sure this thing sticks. It all feels so weird and theoretical at this point.

    It weird and theoretical that we are setting September as the month to get my Implanon out and start. I cannot imagine the actual pregnancy.

    Anyway, I concur that it's weird and theoretical two months after the fact.  I thought the 'adjustment' period would be shorter.
