LOL my sister gave me a gift card for Ruby Tuesday last Christmas... I still have it because I never go there... I dont even know where there is one!
Deep fried Ho-ho at the state fair. essentially the cake part of the ho-ho gets melted back into batter form and then slathered with powder sugar. Totally came in my pants.

In the city, there's one in Times Square - 41st and 7th. It's surprisingly good!
This Italian restaurant on a side street on the North End of Boston... I don't know if I could find it again, but I went with a friend last winter, and oh my god that pumpkin sausage still makes me weak in the knees to think about. It was just THAT good!
Second best thing was this sushi place in NYC - Sushi of Gari. It's a Michelin star rated restaurant, and it's absolutely incredible. You have to sit at the bar and order the tasting menu and just eat what the chef gives you. I had turtle, and sea urchin, and a salmon nigiri covered in warm tomato and onion. Just the perfect texture, temperature, flavor. Oh my goodness!

Not the cheapest meal I've ever had by far... but oh man, worth every penny! I can't wait until the next time I'm sent to NYC for work (hopefully later this year) so I can expense a meal to this place.
ETA: My Mom and I had dinner there while I was interviewing for a job in the city after college. We both had about 10 pieces each and a glass of white wine. Total was around $150. Like I said, not cheap!

After I said I couldn't think of anything, I remembered the filet at Ruth's Chris. Mmm. Cooked to absolute perfection.
The Bob Marley restaurant at Universal in Florida had a dinner that was like a puff shell stuffed with all kind of exotic vegetables. It was sooo amazing. I would go back there just for that.
EDIT: I looked up their menu and they still have it. It is the Natty Dread. Gross name, but boy was it good.
Crepe with caramel and vanilla ice cream, crab dip, cheese fondue, steak with roasted potato, baked potato, scallops, sushi (tuna, salmon, california roll, and others)..... I could go on and on and on with the list

I still dream about the cheese display they had at our resort in Cuba. I don't know what kind of cheese they had but most of it was local (or German...random!) and it was ZOMG good! With homemade rolls, and pitas and random breads.....*droooool*

The nutella concoction just came out of nowhere courtesy of my mom, but I was surprised at how good it was.
I'm still dreaming about the guava sorbet and banana brown butter tart I had at a cafe in Park Slope, Brooklyn.
